Medium speedwirecutelectricaldischargemachining (ms-wedm for short) belongs to the category of reciprocating high-speed WEDM. It realizes multiple cutting functions on the high-speed reciprocating WEDM. It is commonly known as "medium speed WEDM".
Precautions for working environment of WEDM in :
1. First, it is necessary to select a place without dust to prevent leaving a lot of channels around the on-line cutting;
(1) due to its own characteristics, there will be some dust in the air, which will make the screw rod of the machine have a certain probability of severe wear, and then affect the service life of the machine; .
(2) the wire cutting discharge machine is controlled by the computer. The disk used by the computer has very strict requirements for dust in the air. When dust enters the disk, the disk will be damaged and the hard disk will also be damaged;
(3) the wire cutting discharger itself emits a lot of heat, so the internal of the electrical cabinet often needs air exchange. If there is too much dust in the air, it will accumulate on each electrical component during the air exchange process, resulting in poor heat dissipation of the electrical component, and then the circuit board will be burned out. Therefore, the machine dust screen should be cleaned frequently.
2. Select places that can accept the weight of machine tools;
3. Choose a place where there is no vibration and impact. The medium speed wire cutting machine tool is a high-precision processing equipment. If there is vibration and impact in the place, it will cause severe damage to the machine, and then severely affect its processing accuracy, shorten its service life, and even make the machine obsolete.
4. Satisfied with the space dimension required by WEDM in servo system;
5. Select places with small temperature change to prevent direct sunlight from passing through windows and top windows and close to the local warm current
(1) the commodity processing of high parts needs to be carried out at a stable temperature, usually at room temperature of 20c;
(2) due to the considerable heat generated during the operation of the medium wire cutting machine tool, if the temperature changes too much, it will have a severe impact on the service life of the machine.
6. Selection of shielding room: because the wire cutting discharge machining process belongs to the arc discharge process, intense electromagnetic waves will occur in the arc discharge process, which will damage human health and affect the surrounding environment
7. Select a wide workshop with good ventilation conditions so that operators and machine tools can work in a good environment.
